Five Easy Stretches to Help Speed Recovery After Ski Touring

A day of our ski touring can definitely leave you feeling tight.  Here are three quick stretches you can perform with a towel/belt/rope to help you loosen up and start you on the road to recovery.  Hold each stretch for 15 seconds on each side.  Repeat for 3 sets on each leg.
