- Begins with a long term goal in mind
- Each day/session is for a specific purpose to get you to the long term goal
- Workouts are designed to build specific physical qualities. These qualities build on each other as the training progresses.
- Burns energy and calories.
- Works up a sweat.
- May or may not have a goal in mind.
There’s a time and a season for each. Be sure to choose wisely.
