Plan Your Training Ride Nutrition/Hydration
How many times have you started out a training ride thinking no big deal what’s in the bottles? Or thought I’m topped off and feel plenty of energy? As we roll into the summer months we’re dealing with a new set of environmental conditions that impact our hydration and nutrition. Here in Utah the temperatures have gone up and it seems like I am always feeling thirsty. We don’t have a lot of humidity here. For those of you living in humid areas hydration can be even more of a challenge.
