WHAT YOU GET

An accomplished, professional coach and team to train with and support every aspect of your training. Everything from your first time squatting without painful knees to your first mountain bike event or rallying the climbs faster than your riding buddies. Have comfort knowing you are training with experts and a community who supports you every step of the way.

HOW IT WORKS

This is an individualized training program for  the general cyclist, aimed to help you perform at your highest level. Each Sunday your coach will send you your weekly workout schedule.

WHO IT'S FOR

 This program is for the cyclist/mountain biker looking to improve their both their physiological and technical skills on the road/mountain and feel strong and efficient making it happen. We are the “weekend warrior” program that will take you to new limits since we place a tight focus on efficiency. It takes no more than 60 minutes per day. It will include movements like presses, power meter testing, threshold tests, and core work (with scaling options). If you are dedicated to doing everything it takes to reach your goals, this is the program for you.

 

WHO IT'S NOT FOR

If you are an elite athlete looking to become a professional rider, this may not be the program for you. If that is you, we do have preferred coaches who can provide you with the resources you would need to succeed. If you are injured or are currently rehabbing a significant injury, this may not be for you.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

There are plenty of free programs out there that can absolutely give you results. What they'll also give you, unfortunately, are holes in your training in the gym and on the road and trails. With mostly just random workouts, you'll find yourself left on your own to figure out a lot of the information for yourself. We have elite coaches, curated content and community to consistently provide value. Personalized programs come with personalized results.

Your endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, and power will all improve faster because we meticulously plan every single progression, interval, and other aspect of the program for you. Unlike others, we also include a balanced warm-up that consists of injury prevention and movement prep exercises. That way you can focus on becoming the best athlete you can, while we focus on getting you there.

EXPERT CYCLING and ENDURANCE COACHING

A good program is essential to increasing your cycling efforts. However, coaching is the most important component in bike training and prep. Through the private MTN RDY Bike Facebook group, you’ll find video analysis and other cycling tips from expert coaches addressing your questions and needs.

EXPERT NUTRITION ADVICE

Nutrition is one of the biggest factors in improving your performance. You will get expert video analysis on nutrition tips from within the private Facebook group.

Our style of training has produced the Utah Cycling Road Racers of the Year multiple times, several National Championships at the Collegiate and amateur/masters levels, a World Championship at the masters women level and has graduated many clients from the amateur to the professional ranks. With over 10 years of experience building training plans our cycling coach brings it all to you.
