WHAT YOU GET
HOW IT WORKS
This is an individualized training program for the general skier, aimed to help you perform at your highest level. Each Sunday your coach will send you your weekly workout schedule.
WHO IT'S FOR
This program is for the skier looking to improve their skills on the mountain and feel better/look better doing it. We are the“weekend warrior” program. It takes no more than 60 minutes per day. It will include movements like presses, split squats, lactic threshold tests, and core work. If you are dedicated todoing everything it takes to reach your goals, this is the program for you.
WHO IT'S NOT FOR
If you are an elite competitive athlete looking to become an Olympian, run a sub 3 marathon than this may not be the program for you. If that is you, we do have preferred coaches who could provide you with the resources you would need to succeed. If you are injured or are currently rehabbing a significant injury, this may not be for you.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
There are plenty of free programs out there that can absolutely give you results. What they'll also give you, unfortunately, are holes in your training in the gym and on the mountain With mostly just random workouts, you'll find yourself left on your own to figure out a lot of the information for yourself. We have elite coaches and curated content and community to consistently provide value. Personalized programs come with personalized results.
