Offered at our Trailhead and Summit levels, our individualized training programs help anyone from the average runner to the elite athlete to level up and hit new PR’s—again and again.

Your endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, and power will all improve as our coaches meticulously plan every single progression, interval, and other aspect of the program for you. Unlike other programs, we also include a balanced warm-up that consists of injury prevention and movement prep exercises. You’ll master movements like presses, split squats, lactic threshold tests, and core work (with scaling options).

Our style of training produces successful trail athletes who strike the right balance of endurance and strength. Not only do we help shatter runners’ previous PR’s for distance and speed, but our training methods have produced top tier finishes on both a local and national level.  All you need is a goal and the dedication to pursue it. We’ll take care of the rest.
