This Podcast I connect with a friend, entrepreneur, orthopedic surgeon, and climber, Dr. Katy Morris. Katy is what I would classify as the "new wave" of surgeons where she creates a space to serve as the last resort. What I mean by this is, that surgery is a last resort. Aside from working with athletes, she is currently in the process of launching Venture Orthopedics which would serve an underserved population who don't have access to a general practitioner.
