WHAT YOU GET

An accomplished professional coach and team to train with and support every aspect of your training. Everything from your first time squatting without painful knees to your first 5k. Have comfort knowing you are training with experts and a community who supports you every step of the way.

 

HOW IT WORKS

This is an individualized training program for  the general trail runner, aimed to help you perform at your highest level. Each Sunday your coach will send you your weekly workout schedule.

WHO IT'S FOR

This program is for the runner looking to improve their skills on the road/mountain, all while looking better and feeling better doing it. We are the “weekend warrior” program. It takes no more than 60 minutes per day. It will include movements like presses, split squats, lactic threshold tests, and core work (with scaling options). If you are dedicated to doing everything it takes to reach your goals, this is the program for you.

 

WHO IT'S NOT FOR

If you are an elite athlete looking to become a professional trail runner or run a sub 3 marathon then this may not be the program for you. If that is you, we do have preferred coaches who can provide you with the resources you need to succeed. If you are injured or are currently rehabbing a significant injury, this may not be for you.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

There are plenty of free programs out there that can absolutely give you results. What they'll also give you, unfortunately, are holes in your training, in the gym and on the road or trails. With mostly just random workouts, you'll find yourself left on your own to figure out a lot of the information for yourself. We have elite coaches, curated content, and a community to consistently provide value. Personalized programs come with personalized results.

Your endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, and power will all improve faster because we meticulously plan every single progression, interval, and other aspect of the program for you. Unlike others, we also include a balanced warm-up that consists of injury prevention and movement prep exercises. That way you can focus on becoming the best athlete you can, while we focus on getting you there.

Nutrition is one of the biggest factors in improving your performance. You will get expert video analysis on nutrition tips from within the private Facebook group.
