I find peace with big days in the outdoors. Snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking all help fill my inability to sit still for long.
I possess a BS in Fitness and Wellness Management (BYU) and an MS in Exercise Physiology (University of Kentucky). Since 2004 I have trained collegiate athletes in a wide variety of sports and is certified by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting.
As of father of 3, I understand the need to make training as efficient as possible. For most of us, training should complement the life we lead, not become the life we lead. My goal as a coach is to provide you the tools and education to prepare you for your big days in the mountains.
