Meet Our Team

All of our coaches are certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.


Dave Harward Bike Hi! My name is Dave. I am a USA Cycling Level 1 (Elite) Certified Coach, a USA Cycling Certified MTB Coach, and a POSE Method of Running Certified Coach. Dave has extensive experience and background, having been trained as a BikeFit Systems Pro Fitter in addition to training as a Master Level Fit Technician with Body Geometry.

 Scott Willis Strength + Ski Scott finds peace with big days in the outdoors.  Snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking all help fill his inability to sit still for long.

Breanne Nalder Dietician Breanne earned a BS in Biology a Masters degree (MS) in Nutrition and Sports Dietetics from the University of Utah. She is licensed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and is also certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in group fitness, personal training, and pilates. Breanneworks hard to teach the science of food and how our bodies use nutrients as fuel to achieve optimal performance. She also races for the DNA Cycling Team p/b K4 Racing. Accolades include top ameteur finisher in the US Pro National road race 2014, NRC podium finishes at the Cascade Classic and Mt Hood stage races, overall UCA points leader 2013, State TT and Hill climb champion 2013 and 2014, and participation in UCI races Vuelta Ciclista El Salvador and the Giro della Toscana. So, she practices what she preaches! Dr. Carrie Cooper Physical Therapy Carrie Cooper is an avid rock climber and former professional modern dancer whose experience with her own injuries led her to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Utah. Carrie rock climbed through 2 pregnancies and continues to share her outdoor passions with her two kids, husband and puppy. Carrie has been featured in National Geographic Adventure and believes in using PT as RX for life.
